Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Make 3-4 diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt to make a spice paste.
Rub the spice paste all over the fish, including the cuts.
Place the sliced lemon inside the cavity of the fish.
Transfer the fish to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
