  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them until the whites are set and the yolks are done to your liking.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce over the eggs and let them cook for another minute, allowing the soy sauce to heat and coat the eggs.
