Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and browned.
Add the chopped kale to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the kale is wilted and tender.
Adjust seasoning if necessary, remove from heat, and serve warm.
