Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups radishes sliced thin
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes, cucumber, and fresh dill.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Pour the dressing over the radish mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
