Instructions
Combine quinoa, milk, and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and the mixture is creamy, about 25 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and raisins if using.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
