Creamy and spiced pumpkin ice cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy!
