This festive Pumpkin Cheese Ball is the perfect appetizer for any autumn gathering. Made with a blend of creamy cheeses, spices, and coated in a layer of crushed nuts, it's both delicious and visually impressive.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed nuts such as pecans or walnuts
  • 1 piece bell pepper stem for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and press the crushed nuts onto the cheese ball to entirely cover the surface.
  • Place the bell pepper stem on top of the cheese ball to create the 'pumpkin' stem. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
