Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, and onion powder until well combined.
Shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and press the crushed nuts onto the cheese ball to entirely cover the surface.
Place the bell pepper stem on top of the cheese ball to create the 'pumpkin' stem. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
