Ingredients
  

  • 1 pcs unbaked pie crust 9-inch
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 pcs eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups pecans halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  • Spread the pecans evenly over the top of the filling.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Allow the pie to cool before serving.
