Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lay out the puff pastry sheet and place the wheel of brie in the center. Spread honey on top of the brie.
Cut strips from the pastry and wrap around the brie to create a 'mummy' look, leaving space for eyes.
Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before placing candy eyes in place.
