Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and allow it to cool.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the cooked pasta in batches and fry until they are golden and crispy.
Remove the pasta chips with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, toss the pasta chips with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
