Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into triangles.
Place a tablespoon of Nutella at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the pastry from the wide end to the tip, then shape into a crescent.
Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
