Mint Chutney is a refreshing condiment made with fresh mint leaves, cilantro, and subtle spices that enhance any dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves washed and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves washed and chopped
  • 1 piece green chili optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water as needed for blending

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green chili, lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt.
  • Add water gradually and blend until you get a smooth chutney consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as a condiment with snacks or meals.
