Instructions
In a blender, combine the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green chili, lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt.
Add water gradually and blend until you get a smooth chutney consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as a condiment with snacks or meals.
