  • 1 cup melon cubed, can be cantaloupe or honeydew
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls bite-sized
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • to taste salt optional
  • to taste black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed melon and mozzarella balls.
  • Gently mix in the fresh mint.
