Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the corn with olive oil to coat all sides evenly.
Place the corn on the grill. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, rotating every few minutes, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, mix together jalapeno, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and black pepper.
Once the corn is cooked, remove from the grill and drizzle the jalapeno-lime mixture over the corn.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
