Instructions
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a medium bowl and set the egg whites aside.
Mash the yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the crumbled bacon and chopped jalapeños into the yolk mixture.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
Garnish with extra bacon and jalapeño slices if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
