A zesty twist on the classic deviled eggs with crispy bacon and spicy jalapeños that make for a perfect appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard yellow
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a medium bowl and set the egg whites aside.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the crumbled bacon and chopped jalapeños into the yolk mixture.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
  • Garnish with extra bacon and jalapeño slices if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
