In a small bowl, mix the honey with the hot sauce to create hot honey.
Once the sweet potatoes are done, assemble the bowl by placing them at the bottom, followed by ground beef and cottage cheese.
Drizzle the hot honey over the bowl and serve immediately with perfered salad.
