Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar for tanginess
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce for umami flavor
  • 2 tablespoons water to adjust consistency
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger for spiciness
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder for depth
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat.
  • Stir the mixture occasionally until the brown sugar dissolves completely.
