Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats not quick oats
  • 4 cups water cold, for blending
  • 1 pinch salt optional
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional, for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, water, optional salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  • Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until well combined.
  • Strain the mixture through a clean t-shirt or towel over a large bowl or pitcher to remove the oat pulp.
  • Transfer the oat milk into a sealed container and refrigerate.
  • Shake well before use, as separation is natural.
