Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add the white rum, orange curaçao, lime juice, and orgeat syrup to the shaker.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Float the dark rum on top by pouring it gently over a spoon.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig, if desired. Serve immediately.
