Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breast for about 7-10 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked. Let it rest and then slice.
Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and evenly spread the brown rice over the center.
Add the black beans, cooked chicken slices, salsa, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, and cheese on top of the rice.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, roll it tightly from one end to the other to form a burrito.
