Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pasta use your preferred pasta shape
  • 1/2 cup ham cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper any color
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ham, bell pepper, and celery.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add this mixture to the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
