Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
Wrap each peach half with a slice of prosciutto.
Grill the peaches, cut side down, for about 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear.
Turn the peaches over and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
Drizzle with honey, and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
