Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread Preferably white or whole wheat
  • 2 slices cheese Cheddar, American, or your choice
  • 1 tablespoon butter Softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the skillet, add cheese slices, and top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  • Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
