Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green papaya shredded
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts crushed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili or to taste, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, halved cherry tomatoes, and crushed roasted peanuts.
  • In a small bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and chili to create the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture and toss to combine well.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
