Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces lamb chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for extra flavor.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season with a little more salt and pepper if desired.
  • Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
  • Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your choice of sides.
