Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or dill, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and olive oil. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add in the minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Fold in the freshly chopped herbs.
