Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain the cauliflower well and transfer to a food processor.
  • Add minced garlic, melted butter, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream to the cauliflower. Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
