Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter cold, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and minced garlic.
  • Add the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
