Instructions
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the mashed yolks. Mix well to combine.
Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
Serve chilled.
