Dalgona Coffee, also known as Whipped Coffee, is a trendy South Korean coffee drink made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee use your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons hot water freshly boiled
  • 1 cup milk cold or hot, as preferred

Instructions
 

  • Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture until it is thick and creamy. This can take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Fill a glass with milk, leaving some space at the top for the whipped coffee.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk. Stir before drinking if you prefer a creamier consistency.
