Instructions
Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a medium-sized bowl.
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture until it is thick and creamy. This can take about 3-5 minutes.
Fill a glass with milk, leaving some space at the top for the whipped coffee.
Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk. Stir before drinking if you prefer a creamier consistency.
