Ingredients

shredded cheese
cheddar or Mexican blend

cooked chicken
diced or shredded, optional
1/4
cup
salsa
or chopped tomatoes, optional

tablespoon
olive oil
for brushing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place a tortilla on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
Add chicken and salsa or tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half to cover the fillings and brush the top with olive oil.
Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, or your favorite dipping sauce.
