Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Preferably low-fat for a lighter dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk Add more for a thinner consistency
  • 4 oz blue cheese Crumbled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk, stirring until smooth.
  • Fold in crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
