Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine cranberries, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
  • Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in lime juice, sugar, and salt.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste and let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats or tacos.
