Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place phyllo pastry squares into a greased mini muffin tin.
Add a cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell.
Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if using.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Drizzle with honey, if desired, and serve warm.
