Instructions
In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and egg. Mix gently to keep the crab meat intact.
Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the crab cakes until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and additional lemon wedges if desired.
