Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese use low-fat or full-fat according to preference
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed to make sure everything is well combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up a bit.
  • Serve chilled, optionally garnished with some chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
