Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed to make sure everything is well combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up a bit.
Serve chilled, optionally garnished with some chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
