Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the rinsed rice and stir to coat with butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
