Instructions
Bake the cake according to package instructions or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely.
Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Mix with frosting until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Insert a cake pop stick into each ball. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Immediately sprinkle with confetti sprinkles before the coating sets.
Place cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or a box until completely set.
