Confetti Cake Pops are a delightful treat that combines cake and frosting with a fun and colorful twist, perfect for parties and celebrations.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix or homemade cake mix
  • 1 cup frosting vanilla or cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup sprinkles rainbow or confetti
  • 24 oz white chocolate or candy melts for coating
  • 12 cake pop sticks

Instructions
 

  • Bake the cake according to package instructions or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Mix with frosting until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Insert a cake pop stick into each ball. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  • Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Immediately sprinkle with confetti sprinkles before the coating sets.
  • Place cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or a box until completely set.
