honey

Instructions
In a glass, combine the coconut water, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
Add the mint leaves to the glass and gently muddle them with a spoon to release their flavor.
Add the ice cubes into the glass, if using, and stir again to mix everything together.
Garnish with a slice of lime and additional mint leaves, if desired, and serve chilled.
