Ingredients
  

  • 3 units eggs beaten
  • 100 grams chorizo sliced
  • 1 medium potato peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams onion chopped
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender.
  • Add chopped onion and sliced chorizo to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent.
  • Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the potato and chorizo mixture in the skillet.
  • Cook on low heat until the eggs are set.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your Chorizo-Potato Frittata.
