Instructions
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and butter until well combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.
