Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs separated
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the sugar, whisking until glossy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Reserve some for garnish.
  • Fold the chocolate into the egg yolks, then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the egg whites until just combined. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
