Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams red chilies stems removed
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the red chilies and garlic in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the chili-garlic mixture to the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Allow the sauce to cool, then transfer to a sterilized jar and refrigerate.
