Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas and tuna.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
  • Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil over the salad ingredients.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
