Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, apple, and celery.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
