Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds white or black
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mango fresh or frozen, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well to avoid clumping.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  • Before serving, stir in honey or maple syrup to taste.
