Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries, creating a small opening at the top.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the cream mixture to a piping bag. Pipe the cheese mixture into the center of each strawberry.
Optional: Dip the filled side of strawberries into the crushed graham crackers for added texture.
