Instructions
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
Scoop out some of the flesh from each avocado half to create a larger cavity for stuffing.
In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the tomato and cheese mixture evenly among the avocado halves, filling the cavities.
Drizzle each stuffed avocado with balsamic glaze.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
