Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese diced
  • 2 tbsp Basil leaves chopped, fresh
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out some of the flesh from each avocado half to create a larger cavity for stuffing.
  • In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the tomato and cheese mixture evenly among the avocado halves, filling the cavities.
  • Drizzle each stuffed avocado with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
