Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise Use full-fat for a creamier texture
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard Smooth or grainy
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Adds umami flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste Optional, for traditional flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • For a traditional flavor, add the anchovy paste and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference if necessary.
  • Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve over your favorite salad.
