Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Baguette Cut into slices
  • 1 ball Burrata cheese Drained and at room temperature
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze For drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves Chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Drizzle olive oil over the baguette slices and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of burrata, a spoonful of tomato mixture, and some basil leaves.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze on top and serve immediately.
